Algunos pueden comer solo p\u00f3lipos, como corales blandos, zoantidos, y peque\u00f1os corales duros.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Cuidado Cautivo:<\/strong> Considerado por muchos como la m\u00e1s bella de las muchas atractivas especies de <em>Lysmata, L. debelius<\/em> tiene un cuerpo escarlata o rojo sangre con solo unas pocas pecas blancas en el extremo anterior. Antenas y patas son de color blanco brillante, y fiel a este tipo de publicidad, es, al menos ocasionalmente, un camar\u00f3n limpiador. Algunos camarones de fuego presuntamente se alimentan principalmente de p\u00f3lipos. Un solo individuo en un arrecife peque\u00f1o puede afectar seriamente a los corales blandos, los corales duros peque\u00f1os o las colonias zoantidas. No necesita cuidados especiales, aunque deber\u00eda tener alg\u00fan tipo de cueva u hoyo en la roca para refugiarse.
