Puede comer peces \u201cdormidos\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>Conveniencia y Compatibilidad con el acuario de arrecife:<\/strong> Estos depredadores ecol\u00f3gicamente importantes no deben ser recolectados, comprados o conservados. Tienen una saliva muy t\u00f3xica y excepcionalmente \u00e1cida. Cantidades significativas de este limo gaseoso y efervescente se liberan durante la alimentaci\u00f3n. Si adquiere uno, el agua del acuario debe cambiarse en gran medida despu\u00e9s de cada comida.<\/p><p><strong>Cuidado Cautivo:<\/strong> Estos grandes caracoles tienen conchas de color tostado, dorado o melocot\u00f3n con bandas de l\u00edneas marrones o negras y marcas de gal\u00f3n. Depredadores, su presa preferida son las estrellas de mar, incluida la corona de espinas y los erizos de mar. Recurrir\u00e1 a la recolecci\u00f3n de carro\u00f1a si no hay presas adecuadas.
